• I head with the three strand green lite, it has good body and weight and is good on small horn cattle. They also seem to last longer. I heel with the four strand nylon, it has a more natural feel and is fast. It also doesn’t run like some other four strands I have tried.

• I have been using Lyles strings since the first time I made the NFR in 2002. I have seen some of my buddies order strings from different companies and when the strings arrive, there is always 3 or 4 strings that are not good enough to use. The eyes may be turned or the lay is inconsistent. I can honestly say that Lyles strings are the most consistent strings I have ever seen.
